How to Fix Error on BBM Group Blackberry

How to Fix Error on BBM Groups common become a problem that happen when user upgrade or downgrade to a new version of BBM such as BBM 7.0 or BBM 8.0, and sometime it is happen even we had back it up OTA or in Memory Card.

Today i will share the way to fix this issue :

1. Open your BBM Application
2. Open Tab, System Messages
3. There will be a messages of recovering groups and a groups which is still in process of recovery
4. Click the groups that you want to be recovery, click blackberry menu and choose Retry Recovery
5. Groups will start to recovery
6. If this tips is not working try to do a diagnostic test by doing ping to RIM Server
7. Hope this tips and trick could recover your pending groups on your Blackberry

Remove and Reinvite to your Groups by an Admin

1. To do this, you have to ask one of your BBM Group admin to remove and re-invite your pin.
2. it will be better if you have two active admin on your groups to prevent this kind of issue.
